Lenten Schedule of Holy Mass and Devotions

Beloved Parishioners,

We would like to inform you of the schedule for Holy Mass and special Lenten devotions at Kristu Jyoti Church during this sacred season:

Daily Holy Mass (During Lent):

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: 6:00 AM
  • We are pleased to announce that starting from Ash Wednesday, we now have daily Holy Mass for all the faithful in our Parish Church.
• Friday: Following the Stations of the Cross (see below)
• Sunday: 9:30 AM (after the Rosary)

Special Lenten Devotions:

• Stations of the Cross: Every Friday at 5:00 PM
  • Venue: Streets of the Christian Colony (Ward Nos. 4 & 5)
  • Join us as we prayerfully walk the Way of the Cross through our community, making this devotion more relevant and meaningful.
    
  • Note: Please watch out for announcements regarding the schedule and route for Good Friday.
• Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament: Daily (except Sundays) from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • Venue: Kristu Jyoti Church, Samba
  • A special hour of Divine Mercy will be observed between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Community Fellowship:

• Friday Evenings: Following the Holy Mass after the Stations of the Cross, a Langer (communal meal) will be shared. This is generously sponsored by individual families of our parish.

Please Note: The daily Holy Mass timing may be subject to change after the Easter season. Any changes will be communicated in due course.

Let us make this Lent a time of deep spiritual reflection, prayer, and community as we draw closer to the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
